Rev. Valerie Steinken is the owner of Attune Up LLC. She is a licensed bodywork therapist, certified sound therapist, spiritual coach, grief educator, energy worker, intuitive reader, and ordained minister based in Oshkosh, WI. She practices a diverse range of modalities in order to facilitate and support the natural cycles of healing. Her expertise lies in working through trauma and grief that have been stored in the body and spirit.

She has been a licensed bodywork therapist for 15 years, practicing in multiple states and countries and working with clients of all ages. She offers both individual sessions and group classes. One of her greatest joys has been years of volunteering compassionate touch and medical massage through the Heart Touch Project at New Hope for Cambodian Children.

Rev. Steinken firmly believes that pain does not decompose, no matter how deeply it is buried. Through her work, she helps others move through pain and attune to a state of greater well-being.
